Justin99 – Restart

South African DJ and producer Justin99 delivers “Restart,” a smooth yet energetic Amapiano record from his debut studio album, 99 Problems.

Released on June 12, 2026, “Restart” appears as the third track on the 11-song album. The record was produced by Justin Mpho King, the producer behind the Justin99 name, and runs for approximately 5 minutes and 42 seconds.

The song leans into the core elements of contemporary Amapiano, combining rolling percussion, piano-led melodies and log drums with a steady dancefloor groove. As an instrumental-focused solo cut, the production remains the main attraction, allowing Justin99 to showcase his ability to build atmosphere and momentum without relying on a featured vocalist. M

“Restart” forms part of the broader sound of 99 Problems, a project that features collaborations with artists including ShakaMan YKTV, Masterpiece, Optimist Music ZA, Civil Soul, Xduppy, Djy Vino, Moonchild Sanelly, Thebuu and LastBornDiroba.

The track also highlights Justin99’s versatility within the South African Amapiano scene. While several songs on 99 Problems feature vocalists and fellow producers, “Restart” stands on its own as a production-driven record built around rhythm, texture and movement.

With its atmospheric piano work, layered percussion and extended groove, “Restart” captures the dance-focused character of Justin99’s production while adding a more focused moment to 99 Problems.

Listen to “Restart” by Justin99 and enjoy the latest Amapiano offering from the South African producer.
