Nigerian street-pop star Seyi Vibez has released his latest studio album, SWAGUU, a 14-track project that captures the singer’s evolving sound, ambition and reflections on life, love and success.
Released on September 18, 2026, through NSNV INC and EMPIRE, SWAGUU arrives as Seyi Vibez continues to expand his musical reach beyond the street-pop foundation that established him. The album is executive produced by Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Burna Boy, adding another notable dimension to the project’s creative direction.
The album explores different sides of Seyi Vibez’s artistry. On “VOLUME,” the opening track, he reflects on the work and determination required to maintain the success he has built, while songs such as “MELANIN” and “BACK 2 U”shift the focus towards romance and relationships.
Seyi Vibez also maintains a strong connection to his street-pop roots throughout the project. “PANSA” uses a call-and-response approach, while “EL JAJA” delivers a more energetic street-focused record. The album later moves into “OBLE,” a dance-oriented record that draws inspiration from DJ YK Mule’s version of the sound, before closing with the title track.
The biggest international collaboration comes on “SWAGUU,” the album’s closing track, where Seyi Vibez joins forces with American rapper Quavo. The collaboration brings a hip-hop element to the project and gives the album a cross-continental finish.
SWAGUU follows Seyi Vibez’s 2025 album FUJI MOTO and continues his progression from Nigerian street-pop standout to an artist increasingly exploring a broader African and international audience. Apple Music describes the album as a project focused on self-actualisation, ambition, love and the realities of life in the fast lane.
