Evado (born Emmanuel Njoku Chidubem), widely known as Evado Lee, is a fast-rising Nigerian rapper, singer, and songwriter from Enugu. Blending Igbo-infused street-hop, Afro-fusion, and rap, he broke out in 2025 with the hit single "My Pay," followed by his highly successful "Promise Land" album and over 100 million combined streams.
Evado's journey began in a church in Abakpa Nike, Enugu State, where he first discovered his vocal talent. Inspired by his childhood friend and collaborator, Hugo P, he transitioned into rap. After releasing his debut EP Can't Fold (2020) and projects like Drunk in Pain (2023) and Still Drunk in Pain (2024), he achieved massive mainstream attention in 2025 with his hit track "My Pay".
