Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer CKay has officially released his latest studio album titled “BANGER BOY,” a 12-track project that showcases another chapter in his constantly evolving sound.

Across “BANGER BOY,” CKay blends Afrobeats, Afro-pop, R&B and contemporary African influences while maintaining the melodic approach that has become central to his music. The album moves between energetic records and smoother moments, allowing CKay to explore different moods while keeping his distinctive vocals and songwriting at the forefront.

The project features a carefully selected group of collaborators. Fast-rising Nigerian star Mavo appears on “BODY (danz),” while Kidd Carder joins CKay on “AFRICAN GIRLS.” Indigenous rap heavyweight Phyno contributes to “PARA,” with Maleek Berry appearing on “SEXY” and Ghanaian singer King Promise joining him on “ZERO.”

Songs including “NDA,” “SHEGE,” “BADAMINTON,” “PPOWER,” “RABA,” “E CLEAR” and “BYE BYE”complete a project that gives CKay enough space to experiment with different sounds and ideas while retaining his musical identity.

With 12 tracks combining solo performances and cross-genre collaborations, “BANGER BOY” adds another substantial body of work to CKay’s catalogue and highlights his versatility as a singer, songwriter and producer.
